The activities include the structural design of the workshop, the supply and installation of the metal structures for the arena and the adjacent parking area, totaling 6,200 tons of steel. The project specifically includes the construction of the main roof, suspended outer bodies, the podium, the garage, and accessory structures, all treated with surface coatings for corrosion and fire protection. The roof, characterized by an elliptical shape, will be built using truss beams made of tubular and box profiles. For the assembly of the central part, four temporary piles will be used, while completion will be carried out using cranes. For the garage, a canopy will be constructed on the roof, made with open profiles to support photovoltaic panels. Image copyright: Itinera SpA - David Chipperfield Architects
