The presentation tour of the documentary “Di Cosa Vive l’Italia?”, produced by Adecco in collaboration with Will Media, stopped in Pordenone, bringing the stories of five companies that are symbols of Italian know-how to the spotlight. Among these, Cimolai SpA proudly represented the Friuli region.

During the evening, at the San Valentino park, the documentary was screened and an interactive round table was held, moderated by Clara Morelli, author of economic content for Will. The discussion involved Roberta Botti, HR Manager Cimolai, Martina Michielon, Regional People Advisor of Adecco and Anan Polon, Sales and Marketing Direcor of Gruppo Martellozzo, together with an audience interested in the dynamics of the labor market in Italy.

Among the topics discussed were the skills required by companies today, employment opportunities and “soft skills”, which are equally important in the selection phase.

The meeting concluded with a moment of networking and free personalized consultations, during which participants were able to receive support for writing their resume, preparing for interviews and other aspects related to their career.

“We are extremely proud to host this event that highlights the work of our country’s excellences. The documentary confirms Cimolai’s constant commitment to promoting innovation, quality and sustainable development in the sector of large steel structures. We firmly believe that collaborations like this are essential to enhance the talent of our territory and to create new growth opportunities that benefit the community above all”, commented Marco Sciarra, President of Cimolai S.p.A.
