The Cimolai pipe mill is located in San Giorgio di Nogaro, in the province of Udine, with direct access to the Adriatic Sea. The plant covers an area of 180,000 sqm, of which 60,000 sqm are covered, and is equipped with a 200 m-long private quay with a 7 m draft, allowing ships and barges to berth. Thanks to the installed lifting equipment, components of virtually any size and weight can be handled. These include a 350 t capacity overhead crane, SPMTs (self-propelled modular transporters), telescopic and crawler cranes, strand jacks, and lifting towers.
LSAW Pipe Production
We purchase plates for pipe production exclusively from leading qualified steel mills. Several parameters are assessed when selecting suppliers, including applicable standards, material grade, any additional requirements, as well as plate width, thickness, weight and required delivery times.
It is also possible to execute orders using plates supplied by the customer on a free-issue basis.
