Non-accessible content
In preparing this statement, the WCAG 2.1 standards and the user experience of a panel of people with different disabilities were considered. They tested the website using assistive technologies such as the main screen readers — JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver — in order to assess the accessibility of the content.
The tests showed that some users may encounter difficulties when using certain pages or features of the website, as they are only partially accessible.
The content currently not compliant with Law 4/2004 is listed below:
- 1.1.1 Non-text content: Some images on the website do not have alternative text or have it in an inconsistent manner.
- 1.2.1 Audio-only and video-only: Some video content does not provide accessible alternatives, such as text transcripts.
- 1.2.2 Captions: Some videos do not have captions or have captions that are not synchronized.
- 1.2.3 Audio description or media alternative: Some videos do not provide an audio description or an equivalent descriptive alternative.
- 1.3.5 Identify input purpose: Some links and buttons do not have correct attributes or structures compatible with screen reader reading.
- 2.1.1 Keyboard: Not all elements of the website are accessible via keyboard.
- 2.1.2 No keyboard trap: Although modals and pop-ups do not prevent navigation, some elements cannot be selected using the keyboard alone.
- 2.2.2 Pause, stop, hide: There are animations or autoplay videos without accessible controls to pause, stop or hide them.
- 2.4.4 Link purpose: Some links do not clearly specify the associated action, making them difficult for screen readers to understand.
- 2.4.6 Headings and labels: The global search form does not correctly present labels and functions to the main screen readers.
- 2.5.3 Label in name: Some links and forms cannot be interpreted correctly due to incorrect or missing labels.
