For the purposes of this notice, the term “cookies” shall also include the other tracking tools used by the Website, as better described below.

Types of cookies used by the Website

Cookies are text strings downloaded onto the user’s device and perform various functions, including monitoring sessions, storing information on specific configurations relating to users who access the Website, facilitating the use of online content, etc.

Technical cookies

These cookies are used to assess the effectiveness of the service and to perform analyses of visits to the Website in non-anonymous or aggregated form.

Other social features, such as plugins

In addition to the cookies indicated above, the Website also incorporates plugins and/or commands aimed at enabling easy sharing of content on the following social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube. When the user visits a page of the Website that contains a plugin, the browser connects to the servers of the social network from which the plugin is loaded: the server may therefore track the visit made to the Website and, where applicable, associate it with the social account, particularly if the user is logged in at the time of the visit or has recently browsed one of the websites containing social plugins. In such cases, the Company adheres to the contractual terms of the social network, which may include joint controllership agreements.

Finally, it should be noted that any joint controllership does not in any case extend to processing carried out by social networks in relation to which the Company does not determine the purposes and means of the processing, such as the operations carried out by the social network after the communication of the User’s data by the Website.

Where the information collected through cookies is processed
The information collected through cookies is processed mainly within the European Economic Area (EEA).
