Description: A 300 m high tower consisting of steel deck framing and an upper petal-shaped steel structure. The final form features a reinforced concrete core, 1 m to 1.8 m thick, with a diameter varying from 12 m to 18 m, surrounded by radiating networks of cantilevered steel beams at each level of the building modules. The base of each module is clad in glass fiber reinforced concrete.
